Police arrested two men listed as most wanted persons in separate operations in Muntinlupa on Oct. 29.
Personnel from the Muntinlupa police, together with 11 other operatives, served a warrant of arrest against alias Jayson, 31, a resident of Summitville Subdivision in Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa.
The accused, ranked as No. 10 top most wanted person (station level) for November 2025, was wanted for violation Section 10(A) in relation to Section 3(B)(1) of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
Section 10(A) states that “any person who shall commit any other acts of child abuse, cruelty or exploitation or to be responsible for other conditions prejudicial to the child's development including those covered by Article 59 of Presidential Decree No. 603, as amended, but not covered by the Revised Penal Code, as amended, shall suffer the penalty of prision mayor in its minimum period.”
Section 3(B)(1) refers to “psychological and physical abuse, neglect, cruelty, sexual abuse and emotional maltreatment.”
The warrant of arrest was issued by Presiding Judge Philip Acosta Aguinaldo of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 207.
In addition, operatives from the District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB) of the Southern Police District (SPD) served a warrant of arrest against alias Jefferson, 47, a tricycle driver and a resident of Bautista Street in Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa.
The suspect is wanted for two counts of contempt of court (with no bail recommended) in two criminal cases. The warrant of arrest was also issued by Aguinaldo.
