'NYSM: NYD' returns to theaters this November
Get ready for the ultimate comeback of the world’s most elusive illusionists! The highly anticipated third installment in the Now You See Me film series, “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t,” will hit cinemas this November 2025, bringing back the magic, mystery, and mind-bending heists that thrilled audiences worldwide.
The franchise began with “Now You See Me” (2013), an American heist film that dazzled audiences with its clever mix of illusion and intrigue. It became a massive box-office success, grossing $351.7 million worldwide against a $75 million production budget. Its sequel, “Now You See Me 2,” followed in 2016 and continued the story of the charismatic magicians known as The Four Horsemen.
This year, the magic continues with “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t.” Directed by Ruben Fleischer, from a screenplay by Michael Lesslie, Paul Wernick & Rhett Reese, and Seth Grahame-Smith, the film is based on a story by Eric Warren Singer and Lesslie.
In the movie, The Four Horsemen — portrayed by Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, and Isla Fisher — reunite for their most daring mission yet, teaming up with a new generation of illusionists for another mind-bending, high-stakes adventure. As they return to the spotlight, the Horsemen face a formidable new adversary and uncover fresh layers of deception that will challenge everything they know about the art of the trick.
Joining the star-studded cast are newcomers Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, Ariana Greenblatt, and Rosamund Pike, alongside returning legend Morgan Freeman.
“Now You See Me: Now You Don’t” is set for release in the United States on Nov. 14, 2025, while the Philippine release is slated for Nov. 12, 2025, exclusively distributed by Pioneer Films. (Robert Requintina)
