All 5 fatalities of Bontoc truck crash recovered

BONTOC, Mountain Province – The fifth and last victim of the truck that plunged into the Chico River in Barangay Tocucan here has been found.
The body of Edmund Magaway Romeo, 22, of San Nicolas, Pangasinan, was recovered at 4:38 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
The four other victims – Carlo Ancheta, Rogelio Romeo dela Cruz Jr., JC Aquino Galicia, and Zoren Jay Luaso Alat – were earlier found.
The victims were on their way to a construction site in Mountain Province on Monday, Oct. 27, when they figured in the accident.
A Mass was held in the area for the eternal repose of their souls, comfort for their bereaved families, and divine guidance for rescuers.
