His declaration includes a mix of high-value real estate, investments, and multiple vehicles—all without any reported liabilities.
According to his filing, Villar’s real properties are valued at ₱349,144,407. These include four house-and-lots, four condominium units, and four parcels of residential land.
His personal properties, which encompass other real and personal assets, investment shares of stock, and eight motor vehicles, amount to ₱912,193,410. Villar did not declare any liabilities, placing his total net worth at ₱1.26 billion.
The senator also disclosed his interests in the private sector, listing himself as a director of Himlay’s Realty Inc. and a stockholder of Major Asset Ventures Holdings Inc.
Meanwhile, Senator Camille Villar, his sister, also made public her latest SALN. She listed two real properties valued at ₱87,014,233 and personal properties amounting to ₱362,073,052, bringing her total declared net worth to ₱362,073,052, with no liabilities.
Camille Villar likewise declared that she holds shares in 23 business enterprises. Like her brother, she comes from the Villar family’s business empire, which spans real estate, retail, and lifestyle ventures.
Mark and Camille Villar are among 19 senators who have made their 2024 SALNs available to the public.
