Quezon police on full alert for Nov. 1

The Quezon Police Provincial Office headed by Police Col.  Romulo Albacea is on full alert for “Undas.”

Albacea said they are deploying the maximum number of police personnel starting Oct. 29 and will be assigned to cemeteries, bus terminals, ports, and Quezon highways.

He urged motorists to follow traffic rules, particularly on the Maharlika Highway from Tiaong to Calauag and Guinayangan and Tagkawayan.

"Road discipline must be observed," said Albacea who urged the 

Department of Public Works and Highways to establish rest areas for motorists.

The QPPO has posted safety tips for people leaving their homes and visiting cemeteries during the weekend.
