After a long march through the town's main streets, the protesters gathered at the Patio Mayor San Miguel Arcangel in Barangay Poblacion and conducted a program.
The group sang the iconic song "Magkaisa" composed by Sen. Tito Sotto and originally performed by Virna Liza during the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution.
The groups called for accountability from those involved in corruption in the country.
"Kaming mga Bulakenyos ay tutol sa mga daynastiyang gumagapos sa kaunlaran ng bayan, kaya ang patronage politics ay dapat nang wakasan," (We Bulakeños are against the dynasties that hinder the town's progress, so patronage politics should be put to an end)," protesters shouted.
Earlier, thousands of students from La Consolacion University of the Philippines (LCUP) also marched against corruption in the City of Malolos.
Before the march, a holy mass was held at the Malolos Cathedral Church.
