3 dead in car-truck head-on collision

ILIGAN CITY – Three persons were killed and another was injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles in Purok 10, Barangay Dalipuga, this city, on Monday afternoon, Oct. 27.
Initial investigation said a Hyundai Accent rammed a 10-wheel truck.
The front of both vehicles sustained heavy damage.
The driver and two passengers of the Hyundai Accent were declared dead in a hospital.
A third passenger sustained injuries.
The driver of the truck is detained at Police Station 3 and faces appropriate charges.
Both vehicles were taken to the Iligan City Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) office.
