Woman found dead inside hotel in Sta. Mesa, Manila

A woman was found dead inside a hotel in Barangay 589, Sta. Mesa, Manila, early morning on October 23.
According to initial police reports, the victim was discovered at around 6:45 a.m. inside one of the hotel rooms, her hands tied together.
Authorities have yet to identify the woman as of this writing.
Witnesses told investigators that around 6:30 a.m., another woman was seen hurriedly leaving the hotel, carrying a helmet as if attempting to flee the scene.
Police are now conducting a follow-up investigation to determine the identity of both the victim and the suspect, as well as the circumstances leading to the crime.
Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) were also deployed to gather evidence inside the hotel room.
Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward to help solve the case.
