The city government of Pasay City urged visitors who will be visiting their departed loved ones at the Pasay City Public Cemetery and Crematorium (PCPCC) to ensure the peaceful observance of All Saints’ and Souls’ Day.
Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said that to avoid the overcrowding inside the cemetery, residents from Pasay City District 1 their schedule their visit in the morning District II in the afternoon.
Rubiano said the cemetery is open to the public starting Oct. 16 to 28 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to allow them to clean the niches of their loved ones.
It is also open on Oct. 29 and 30 for those who will be visiting their departed early.
Extended visiting hours of 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. will be implemented on Oct. 31 to Nov. 2.
