QC gov't issues traffic advisory for Habikasan eco run on Oct. 25
Motorists are advised to expect heavy traffic on Saturday, Oct. 25 in the vicinity of Claret School along Teacher’s Village, Quezon City.
The temporary traffic congestion is due to the Habikasan Eco Run, an event organized by Claret School as part of its Foundation Week celebration.
The expected traffic will be from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
According to the Quezon City government, the affected streets are the following:
• Malamig Street
• Matahimik Street
• Malingap Street
• Mapagkawanggawa Street
• Matimtiman Street
Personnel from the Traffic and Transport Management Department (TTMD) and the Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) will be deployed to assist in managing traffic flow and ensuring the safety of participants and motorists.
Motorists are advised to take alternative routes during the event to avoid delays.
