The prestigious residential district of New Manila will soon welcome guests, travelers, and rest seekers at the newest lifestyle hotel in Quezon City, the Alino Hotel New Manila. The 20-story lifestyle hotel along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue will serve its own brand of service expressed in “malasakit,” the Filipino value of caring and acting on the needs of others, as part of Filipino hospitality.
“Alino comes from the words, 'alaga' and Filipino,” shares Alino Hotel General Manager Lady May Elegado. The term sums up the hotel’s commitment to genuine, authentic Filipino care that comes in every detail.
Located across from St. Luke’s Medical Center, Alino New Manila aims to serve diverse demand drivers such as medical tourism, visiting families, young professionals, business travelers, and long-staying guests.
Its proximity to the leading healthcare institution makes it the ideal choice for medical travelers, those visiting loved ones at the hospital, or anyone seeking a peaceful stay in the bustling business district.

The hotel features 128 rooms, including the Essential Twin, Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Queen, Premier Queen, Junior Suite, Deluxe Suite, and Premier Suite. They are fitted with standard in-room provisions such as high-speed Wifi, a 55-inch TV, coffee and tea setups, a microwave, and an electronic safe. Additional amenities include a laundrette, outdoor pool, gym, and three flexible function rooms that accommodate 200 to 250 guests.
For families of patients at St. Luke’s Hotel, they check in at the Healthcare Room with a HEPA air purifier and hospital-grade cleaning solutions for a more sanitized environment.
At Alino Hotel, guests can experience small moments of joy and nostalgia through the sweet treats of the Matamis na Dila. In this program, little delights, such as childhood favorites Choc Nut and Curly Tops, come as reminders of the familiar homey comforts.
The hotel also pays tribute to Filipino culture by collaborating with local artists in transforming space into cultural hubs. Among the things to look out for are the vibrant mural by the pool, created by the Gerilya artist collective, and the small touches of local products around the rooms and amenity areas.

Kutchara, Alino New Manila’s all-day dining Filipino restaurant, serves the Filipino gastronomic experience through the dishes prepared by Executive Chef Rexsan Abarquez. The menu highlights the classics with a fresh contemporary taste, as featured in the Kinilaw na Tanigue that was cured in suka sa niyog and calamansi, the Kansi at Baka with beef shank and batawan-flavored broth, and the Whole Inasal na Manok marinated in calamansi and lemongrass.
Alino Hotel is the first hotel owned and managed by Keyland Corporation, a boutique property developer in the Philippines. Its key projects in Makati, Alabang, Las Pinas, and Lipa are mostly residential and office spaces located in the growth centers of Makati, Alabang, Las Pinas, and Lipa.
110 Benavidez Citadines is Keyland’s first-ever luxury serviced residences in its portfolio. “110 Benavidez is a high-rise development operated by The Ascott Limited under its Citadines brand, and that makes us no strangers in the business,” said Arthur Gindap, executive director for hospitality for Keyland Corporation.
Alino New Manila signals Keyland’s diversification strategy and entry into hospitality and lifestyle-driven developments. Its brand promise of “Care in Every Detail” carries the developer’s vision of accessible, authentic, and thoughtfully designed hospitality to be initially offered in the emerging growth district of New Manila.
