It’s a proud homecoming for Tadhana as one of its first young designers returns, but now as Tadhana 2025’s Master Designer, Mak Tumang.
A decade after his first runway with Tadhana, Mak stands as a global symbol of Filipino creativity, forever remembered for the fiery “lava gown” that lit up the world stage.

His latest bridal collection, An Ode to the Motherland, is a love letter to the Philippines. Inspired by the “Perlas ng Silangan,” his pieces shimmer like waves kissed by sunlight; soft, fluid, and radiant.
Today, Mak isn’t just designing gowns. He’s celebrating home.
