The Pasay City Traffic Parking and Management Office (PTMO) issued an early advisory on the implementation of road closure in observance of All Saints' and All Souls' Day.

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the PTMO, under the supervision of Ferdinand Lee, made an early announcement on the implementation of road closures from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2 for residents and those coming from other cities to plan their trips in visiting their departed relatives at the Pasay City Public Cemetery and at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
Lee said that additional traffic enforcers will be deployed outside and inside the two cemeteries to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
He advised motorists to take an alternative route in going to Pasay City Public Cemetery as there will be a road closure from EDSA to the Tramo flyover.
The TPMO head said that public parking areas are located on the right side of Aurora Boulevard in Tramo, going to Andrews Avenue up to Don Carlos Revilla Street, and on the right side of Aurora Boulevard in Tramo, going to EDSA up to Five Star terminal.
Lee said the road closure at Roman Catholic Cemetery will be implemented from Hidalgo Street, Arnaiz, up to M. dela Cruz Street.
He said the designated parking area is located on the right side of Arnaiz Street, going to Makati from Tramo Street up to Aurora Boulevard.
All vehicles along Arnaiz Avenue will be rerouted towards the north of Edison Street. Motorists were advised to head westbound to their destination.
The public utility vehicles going to M. dela Cruz from Protacio Street shall be rerouted towards Esguerra Street, to Tolentino Street, to Arnaiz Avenue, to their destination.
