7 hurt in Quezon City warehouse fire

Seven individuals were injured during a fire that broke out in a warehouse on Mayon Street in Barangay Santa Teresita, Quezon City, on Monday afternoon, Oct. 20. 

According to Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the blaze was raised to the first alarm at 2:20 p.m., to second alarm at 2:25 p.m., and third alarm at 2:33 p.m. 

It was declared under control at 4:05 p.m. and extinguished at 4:45 p.m.  
A total of 45 firetrucks responded to the scene and five ambulances assisted the injured individuals. 
Estimated property damage was pegged at P1,750,000.
The fire started on the first floor of the warehouse, the BFP said.
Probers have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
