Australian Ambassador Marc Innes-Brown has finally dined in at Jollibee, the famous Filipino fast food chain that popularized the Chickenjoy all over the world.
In a reel posted on X (formerly Twitter) over the weekend, the envoy was shown dining with colleagues in the fast food outlet.
“Jollibee is obviously a very famous Filipino fast food both in this country and internationally,” he said in the video.
“So, today I’m going to give it a go. I’ve heard a lot about it. I’m sure it’s going to be wonderful. I’m here to dine with a few colleagues from work,” the ambassador added.
The video then showed Innes-Brown eating Jollibee’s famous spaghetti, fried chicken, and burger.

He was also able to meet the Jollibee mascot and took photos and videos with the crew.
The reel used the “I Love Jollybee by Producer Lim” soundtrack.
Previously, the envoy also sampled the infamous Jolly Jeep in Makati City for some local Filipino food. He also visited Taal and Olongapo for Pinoy delicacies.
Innes-Brown was not the first diplomat to post about his local travels and Filipino food explorations in a blog-like format.
Former European Union Ambassador Luc Veron also once had the #BiyaheNiLuc and #MeriendaNiLuc series during his tour of duty in the Philippines.
