2 drug suspects yield P1-M shabu in Parañaque

Operatives of the Southern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit (SPD-DEU) arrested two high-value individuals for illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation in Parañaque City on Friday, Oct. 17.
Police identified the suspects as “Gie,” 37, and “Jefrey,” 27, both residents of Barangay San Dionisio.
The suspects were arrested around 9 p.m. along Quirino Avenue in Barangay San Dionisio.
Confiscated during the operation were 150 grams of shabu valued at P1,020,000 and other drug paraphernalia.
The suspects were detained at the SPD-DEU custodial facility and will be charged with violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
