Local flavors take center stage
October at Taal Vista Hotel wouldn’t be complete without good food, and the Veranda restaurant brings back its celebrated OG Series with Taal Tales, a culinary journey through Cavite and Batangas.
The buffet showcases familiar and beloved dishes from the region: Tapang Taal from Jonjon & Joanne, Kulawo from Pinay’s Kulawo Since 1974 Eatery, Loming Batangas from 2.0 Lomi King, Empanadang Taal from Bong & Wena’s, Pansit Pusit from Asiong Caviteño Restaurant, and the hotel’s own Adobo ni Tatang.
Available on Oct. 25 to 26 and Nov. 1 to 2, 2025, for P1,780 per person, Taal Tales pays tribute to local heritage through flavors that define Southern Tagalog’s culinary identity.
