Farmer beheaded by brother-in-law in Kabankalan City

BACOLOD CITY – A 42-year-old farmer was beheaded by his brother-in-law  in Purok Tamlang, Barangay Camingawan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental on Tuesday, Oct. 14.
The victim Sunny and 28-year-old suspect Red were having a drinking session when a misunderstanding erupted.
They were pacified but when the victim was about to leave, the suspect hacked him with a bladed weapon in the head and neck.
The victim succumbed to his wounds and police suspect old grudges contributed to the incident.
The suspect was arrested and faces murder charges.
