Construction worker arrested for drug cases in Muntinlupa
Police arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 14, a 43-year-old construction worker who is facing two drug cases in Muntinlupa City.
The accused, identified as alias Tagay, was nabbed by Muntinlupa police at PNR Site, Purok 3 in Barangay Cupang, Muntinlupa.
The police ranked the accused as the No. 5 most wanted person in the station level for October.
He was apprehended based on a bench warrant of arrest issued on Oct. 10 by Presiding Judge Romeo Buenaventura of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 256 for violation of Sections 13 and 14 (possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia) of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). No bail was recommended.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay Cupang, underwent medical and physical examinations at the Ospital ng Muntinlupa before being turned over to the Muntinlupa Police custodial facility.
