Robber-on-bike preying on teens with cellphones nabbed in Manila
Two minors were victimized by a bicycle-riding robber in front of Manuel A. Roxas High School in Paco, Manila, on Sunday, Oct. 12, the Manila Police District (MPD) said.

Based on the police report, two teenagers were walking when the suspect, identified as alias Billy Boy, approached them and pretended to ask for directions.
He alighted from his bike, took out a bladed weapon, held the two victims at knifepoint, and declared a hold-up.
Billy Boy left the scene toward the direction of Peñafrancia Street after taking the teenagers' cellphones.
Roving police officers saw the victims shouting for help and immediately chased after the suspect which led to his arrest.
The policemen recovered the victims' cellphones as well as the knife used by the suspect.
Billy Boy was placed under police custody and is facing robbery charges.
