Boy, 15, stabbed to death by rival gang member in Cavite

CAVITE – A 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death by a boy from a rival gang in Silang, on Thursday night, Oct. 9.
A report from the Police Regional Office 4A identified the victim as alias Ushaine, a resident of Carmona.
The initial investigation said alias Ushaine was walking with his friends in Barangay Ipil 1, when the perpetrator, identified as alias Mark, also 15 years old, approached the victim and shouted foul words.
The two reportedly clashed over a gang rivalry, which escalated into a heated argument.
The suspect drew out a bladed weapon from his pocket and allegedly stabbed the victim in the chest, causing him to collapse on the spot.
Alias Mark fled immediately after the attack.
Alias Ushaine, meanwhile, was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Authorities have launched a follow-up operation to locate the child in conflict with the law.
