Mercedes-Benz Philippines expands its electrified vehicle lineup with its latest model, the GLE 400 e with EQ Hybrid Technology. This luxury SUV seamlessly combines performance and efficiency, allowing owners to enjoy sustainable modern luxury.
The GLE 400 e makes an immediate impression. It comes with an AMG Line exterior, highlighted by the diamond grille with the Mercedes-Benz pattern in chrome. On either side are Multibeam LED headlamps with adaptive beams. It rolls on 21-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels.
Inside, and the GLE 400 e offers comfort and exclusivity a cabin finished with Artico man-made leather upholstery and Microcut microfiber, creating an atmosphere of sophistication. Entertainment is care of the MBUX multimedia system with a Widescreen Cockpit. It also comes with Augmented Reality Navigation for effortless guidance. This system is paired to a Burmester surround sound system offers concert-level audio for moments of relaxation or celebration.
The driver will find the perfect position with electrically adjustable front and rear seats, with memory function for the driver and front passenger. Generous cargo capacity makes it the ideal companion for both weekday commitments and weekend escapes.
Powering it is a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with a powerful electric motor to deliver an impressive 252-hp and 400-Nm of torque. With an AC charge up to 11kW with and all-electric range of more than 100 km, drivers can enjoy emission-free city commutes while retaining the freedom for longer journeys.
The vehicle is easy to drive in any road condition. Its 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system ensures confident traction across diverse road conditions, while Dynamic Select drive programs allow for tailored driving experiences — from efficiency-focused electric cruising to performance-oriented dynamics for the open road.
For adventures off-road, the Transparent Bonnet feature provides confidence when navigating uneven terrains, while Active Parking Assist and the 360-Degree Camera ensure ease and precision in the tightest urban spaces.
The GLE 400 e is also equipped with advanced technologies such as the Pre-Safe system, which prepares occupants in the event of an imminent collision, and Active Brake Assist, which helps prevent or mitigate accidents by monitoring surrounding traffic and automatically intervening when necessary.
