Lee Chae-min, 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' top brand reputation rankings for Korean actors, dramas in October
Lee Chae-min and “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” ranked No. 1 in the brand reputation index for Korean drama actors and Korean dramas in October.
The Korea Corporate Research Institute released the results of the brand reputation index based on consumer engagement, media exposure, communication and community indices.
It is derived from extracting brand big data, analyzing consumer behavior, and categorizing and weighing the values into engagement value, communication value, media value, and social value.
Brand reputation big data analysis allows the public to understand where, how, why, and how much consumers talk about a brand.
K-drama actors
The Korea Corporate Research Institute analyzed 101.26 million brand big data for 100 actors who appeared in Korean dramas from Sept. 7.
For October 2025, Lee Chae-min garnered the No. 1 spot again in the brand reputation index for Korean drama actors with a score of 8.21 million.
Lee Chae-min played the role of King Yi Heon in “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty,” which ended in September with a rating of 17.107 percent.
His co-star in the series, Yoona, placed sixth with a score of 3.15 million.
According to Koo Chang-hwan, institute director, “As a result of the analysis of drama actor brand reputation in October 2025, the Lee Chae-min brand was analyzed to be number one. In the big data link analysis, the Lee Chae-min brand showed high scores for 'passionate acting, re-creation, and diversity,' and in the keyword analysis, 'tyrant chef,’ ‘Yi Heon’ and ‘irreplaceable actor'. In the positivity/negativity ratio analysis, the positivity ratio was analyzed to be 93.75 percent.”
Placing second is Song Seung-heon of “My Troublesome Star” with 3.91 million in brand reputation index followed by Lee Young-ae of “Walking on Thin Ice,” 3.54 million; Shin Ye-eun of “The Murky Stream” and “A Hundred Memories,” 3.37 million; and Jun Ji-hyun of “Tempest,” 3.31 million.

In the brand reputation index for Korean dramas in October, the institute analyzed 62.82 million pieces of brand data from 21 popular dramas from Sept. 6 to Oct. 6, measuring engagement, communication, media consumption and viewership.
“Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” is No. 1 with a brand reputation index score of 13.17 million.
Placing second is “Shin’s Project” with 4.9 million followed by “Our Golden Days,” 4.89 million; “A Hundred Memories,” 3.86 million; and “You and Everything Else,” 3.76 million.
