Kiko Barzaga's big vlog reveal: His impeachment complaint vs PBBM

Self-proclaimed "congressmeow" Cavite 4th district Rep. Francisco "Kiko" Barzaga has prepared an impeachment complaint against President Marcos.
The eccentric and unpredictable Barzaga revealed the physical document during his latest in-plenary vlog on late Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 8 at the House of Representatives.
"Welcome back to the crocodile farm. Absent ulit ang mga buwaya, nagbakasyon na hehehe (The crocodiles are absent, they're on vacation)," Barzaga said in a rather blatant jab at his own colleagues.
"At may surprise ulit ako sa inyo (And I have another surprise for you). It is: The Marcos impeachment complaint! Ameow," he proudly said as he whipped out a copy of the complaint.
"So under the grounds of betrayal of public trust, I am filing an impeachment for President Marcos. And hopefully, Congress will remove him soon, so we can start investigating those involved in the flood control anomalies," said the solon from Dasmariñas City.
"Hehehehe. Bye-bye Marcos! Bye-bye Marcos!" he further said.
Barzaga must file and endorse the impeachment complaint before the House secretary general. If he follows through, it will have been the first impeachment complaint filed against Marcos.
It was Marcos himself who exposed the alleged anomalies in the government’s flood mitigation projects.
Malacañang subsequently formed the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI), which it tasked to look into the controversy and determine the culpability of personalities.
