Cavite's wanted person for acts of lasciviousness nabbed in Pasay City
A man wanted in the province of Cavite for multiple cases of acts of lasciviousness and violation of the Special Protection of Children against abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act involving minors, was arrested in Pasay City on Oct. 7.
Pasay City Police Chief Col. Joselito De Sesto identified the suspect as Noel, 44, a resident of Sunshine Ville, Cabuco, Trece Martires, Cavite. He was arrested at around 3:30 p.m. along Tramo Street, Barangay 46, Pasay City.

De Sesto said members of the Trece Martires Component Police Station coordinated with the Pasay City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section for the arrest of the suspect during the conduct of a manhunt operation.
He said the suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by different courts in Trece Martires.
The city police chief said a warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Flordeliza Cabanlit Farga of Trece Martires Family Court, Branch 5, Trece Martires City, on December 27, 2024, for four counts of acts of lasciviousness, with a recommended bail of P180,000 for each case.
De Sesto said the same judge also issued a warrant of arrest against Noel on January 30, 2025, also for four counts of acts of lasciviousness with a recommended bail of P440,00.
He said another six counts of acts of lasciviousness were issued by Judge Gonzalo Quitan Mapili Jr., Presiding Judge of Fourth Judicial Region in Trece Martires City, Cavite, with a recommended bail of 36,000 for each case.
The suspect was turned over to the Trece Martires City Police Station.
