4 yield P693,000 shabu in Makati buy-bust op

Four individuals, including a high-value individual (HVI), were arrested by the Makati City Police following a drug buy-bust operation along Guatemala Street, Barangay San Isidro, Makati City on Tuesday, Oct. 7.

The police identified the suspects as alias Pepeng, 36, tagged as a HVI for illegal drugs, alias Edgardo, 46, alias Jowalds, 25, and alias Cristy, 34.
Based on the police report, the police spotted Jowalds and Cristy buying shabu from Pepeng and Edgardo which led to their immediate arrest.
Seized from the suspects were 102 grams of shabu worth P693,000, the boodle money, and other drug paraphernalia.
The police said charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) will be filed against the arrested individuals before the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office.
