Plains and Prints has long been synonymous with Filipina beauty and elegance. Since its humble beginnings in Greenhills, San Juan City, the homegrown brand—led by CEO Roxanne Farillas—has expanded to numerous stores across the Philippines and made waves with its creative collaborations with Filipino talents. As it celebrates its 30th year, the womenswear brand marks this milestone with a landmark collection that merges the artistry of today’s esteemed fashion designers Mark Bumgarner and Vania Romoff.
The collection was unveiled on Sept. 15, 2025, at the Ayala Museum, where Manila’s most stylish ladies toasted the beautiful medley of Mark and Vania’s designs. Leading the pack were celebrities and former beauty queens Michelle Dee and Kylie Verzosa.
“The collection was meant to be fun and easy—something you can wear and rewear with joy,” said Vania. “I wanted customers to feel empowered and included, with a sense of effortless style,” Mark added.
The shopping party also welcomed singer Jason Dhakal, who serenaded guests with modern R&B renditions of classic OPM hits.
For Roxanne, the 10-piece collection embodies the brand’s 30-year commitment to reinvention. “This collection is made for every expression of femininity and versatility,” Roxanne said. “You can dress it up or down, and it will always feel new.”
Thirty years on, Plains and Prints remains true to its vision of making everyday elegance accessible—proving that style, much like the Filipina spirit, only grows stronger with time.
