Taguig police arrested a 21-year-old man who is wanted for murder in Barangay Upper Bicutan on Oct. 7.
The suspect was identified as alias Jomar, a resident of Barangay Maharlika, Taguig, who was listed as the No. 2 most wanted person of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) for October.
Jomar was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest for murder with no recommended bail issued by Presiding Judge Marivic Vitor of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 266.
The police said he is also a member of a carnapping group.
The operation was carried out by the Taguig police's Station Intelligence Section in coordination with other police units.
He was brought to the Taguig City Health Office for medical examination before being turned over to Taguig police.
Maj. Gen. Anthony Aberin, NCRPO regional director, commended the SPD personnel.
