PDEA: P6 B worth of shabu seized in Pangasinan operation

A total of P6,086,000 worth of shabu was seized on Friday evening, Oct. 3, during an operation in Pangasinan,  the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said. 
In a statement, PDEA said the illegal drugs seized was an offshoot of a follow-up operation from the buy-bust operation conducted the day before along Olongapo-Bugallon Road, Pangasinan where a Chinese national and Filipino were arrested. 
The the illegal drugs were concealed in tea bags and hidden in 40 sacks and were discovered at around 7:45 p.m. inside a residence in Barangay Laois, Labrador town .
Authorities also confiscated a Toyota Grandia and a Toyota Innova during the operation. 
However, PDEA made no mention if any suspects were arrested by the operatives during the serving of the search warrant.
