The Giant Risers just got bigger after getting their hands on workhorse Ular, who will be teaming up with Jeo Ambohot, Calvin Abueva, Damie Cuntapay and rookie Mario Barasi in the big men rotation.
Spending most of his time at the far end of the Fuel Masters bench, Ular is expected to regain his confidence with the change of environment. He had his best years in Blackwater before getting traded to Phoenix in 2024.
Kwekuteye, on the other hand, is providing depth on Phoenix wingmen which only featured Ricci Rivero, Ken Tuffin and Francis Escandor.
Meanwhile, Omega will be joining Converge after his last playing year in the NCAA after Rain or Shine traded his signing right in exchange for a second round pick in the 52nd Season PBA Rookie Draft.
Omega won't be joining the FiberXers just yet as he currently plays for the Letran Knights but his addition should be a big boost to the lineup that already has Justine Baltazar and Justin Arana.
In other player movements, Terrafirama has finally signed Jerrick Ahanmisi which the Dyip acquired after sending Javi Gomez de Liano to Magnolia,
Ahanmisi signed a one-season deal for the franchise that is expecting him to become one of the focal points for the Dyip alongside Mark Nonoy and Paolo Hernandez.
