Bomb threat rocks Laguna State Polytechnic U campus

CALAMBA CITY, Laguna – A bomb threat rocked the Laguna State Polytechnic University-Los Baños campus on Friday.
The bomb threat was sent via Messenger by a man claiming to be a member of the New People’s Army.
Dr. Kevin Angay, 31, vice president for administration and finance, reported the incident to the police.
Police conducted a thorough inspection and the campus was declared clear and safe.
“We thank authorities for their swift response and urge everyone to remain vigilant. Safety remains our top priority,” the school said in a statement.
Police are conducting follow-up investigation.
