This dedication was recognized when the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conferred on him the Outstanding Professional of the Year Award in Real Estate Service during its 52nd Founding Anniversary celebration on September 6 at The Manila Hotel.
The Outstanding Professional of the Year Award is the PRC’s highest honor, bestowed on individuals who exemplify excellence, ethical practice, and service to the nation.

Mañalac, a respected leader in the Philippine real estate sector, has spent decades advancing ethical standards, promoting professional growth, and mentoring the next generation of practitioners.
