Heavy traffic due to motorcades in Paranaque on Oct. 4

The city government of Paranaque warned motorists of expected heavy traffic due to three big motorcades that will be held in the city on Saturday, Oct. 4.

The Paranaque Traffic and Parking Management Office (TPMO) will deploy additional traffic enforcers to ensure orderliness during the event and lessen public inconvenience, according to the Public Information Office Facebook page.
Reynaldo Murillo, TPMO head, said the motorcades will be held in celebration of “Koop Month.” The Paranaque Cooperative Development Office (PCDO) will assemble at 7:00 a.m. at the Paranaque City Hall and will go around the city.
The second motorcade will be conducted by the Paranaque Triskelion City Council and its Riders Club at 8:00 a.m.
The group will be celebrating its 57th founding anniversary. They will assemble at C5 The Tent and will start their motorcade at 10:00 a.m. around the city and will end at the Valley One gym.
The Paranaque Triskelion City Council- Tau Gamma Phi will hold its motorcade at 9:00 a.m. from Kabihasnan  Road, through Quirino Avenue, then left at Barangay Tambo, and will end at the back of SM Sucat in C5 Extension.
The TPMO advised motorists to take alternative routes.
