'No comment': Gatchalian mum on rumored breakup with Bianca Manalo

Senator Sherwin Gatchalian refused to comment on rumors that he and former beauty queen-turned-actress Bianca Manalo have separated.

"Alam niyo naman di ako nagcocomment sa personal life ko (You know I don't comment about my personal life)," Gatchalian said during the Kapihan sa Senado forum on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Eagle-eyed netizens expressed their curiosity on social media after not seeing any recent Instagram posts of the two together.

In response to a playful banter with reporters regarding "akap" or having someone to hug during the holiday season, Gatchalian said, "secret.”

When asked if he would like to confirm the rumors, he said "No comment".

"Masaya naman ako parati, masaya naman ako as a person (I'm always happy, I'm a happy person)," he added.
