2 most wanted persons arrested in Taguig, Muntinlupa

Authorities arrested two most wanted persons in separate operations in Taguig and Muntinlupa on Jan. 6.

In Taguig, personnel from the Taguig Police Warrant and Subpoena Unit arrested alias Jonald, 41, a rider, in Barangay Calzada Tipas.

Jonald, the police’s No. 5 most wanted person, was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest with P300,000 recommended bail for a crime under Republic Act 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972) issued on Dec. 13 last year by Assisting Judge Jonathan Honorato Del Mar Lock of the Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 267.

In Muntinlupa, members of the Muntinlupa Police Tunasan Sub-Station arrested alias Richmon, 31, who was tagged as the No. 9 top most wanted person, on San Guillermo Street in Barangay Bayanan .

Richmon had a pending warrant of arrest for violation of Republic Act 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs act of 2002) issued on Nov. 29 last year by Presiding Judge Liezel Aquitan of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 205.
