CJH Golf welcomes new management

Golfplus, the operations team behind the driving ranges in Nuvali and Alviera, and DuckWorld PH, a sports management and marketing agency, will be assisting the BCDA in managing the golf course in an interim period.

Formerly under the CJH Development Corporation subsidiary CJH Golf Club Inc., the facilities have been recovered by the BCDA in line with the Oct. 22 2024 Supreme Court resolution to deny with finality all motions for reconsideration filed by CJH DevCo and their third-party respondents. The Notice to Vacate was served to CJH DevCo on 6 January 2025.

“We know the CJH golf course is a crowd favorite in the golf community. New and former players will continue to enjoy premium services at the estate facilities during the interim period,” said BCDA Vice President Mark P. Torres.

“We will be introducing improvements and evaluating systems and protocols to provide appropriate recommendations when the estate is ready to be turned over to a long-term private partner,” GMI President and Interim Management Head Eduardo P. Arguelles added.

The facilities were temporarily closed this Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 8 to allow the Office of the Baguio Sheriff to conduct an inventory of the property and to enable operational transitions.
