Newport World Resorts is set to host its first masterclass of the year, spotlighting one of France’s most celebrated cognac houses—Rémy Martin. Taking place at The Whisky Library, the Rémy Martin Masterclass offers an opportunity to explore the heritage and craftsmanship behind this iconic brand, founded in 1724.

Participants will delve into the meticulous process that transforms grapes from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus into world-renowned cognac. The evening features a curated tasting flight of Rémy Martin’s finest offerings: 1738 Accord Royal Fine Champagne, VSOP, and Excellence Cognac.

Leading the Jan. 15 session, brand ambassador Kris Sy Ong will guide attendees through the nuances of cognac, making this event ideal for both newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts. The masterclass runs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., with limited slots available at P4,000 nett. Reservations can be made online through the Newport World Resorts ticketing platform.
