Muntinlupa awards top 10 early bird taxpayers

The Muntinlupa City government awarded 10 early bird taxpayers who renewed their business permits for 2025.

The renewal of business permits in Muntinlupa started on Jan. 6 and will last until Jan. 20 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Muntinlupa Sports Center in Barangay Tunasan.

Mayor Ruffy Biazon, Rep. Jaime Fresnedi and City Administrator Allan Cachuela graced the start of the business permit renewal and awarding of the early taxpayers.

The top 10 early bird taxpayers in Muntinlupa for 2025 who received certificates of recognition and baskets of grocery as tokens are:

3. Laudemer Waminal - Chaulameir Enterprises

4. Erchie Tamon - Erchie Appliance Parts

7. Analiza Carator - Angelo's Sari-Sari Store

8. Aurelio Calvario Alquiros - Aurelio's Alquiros Tailoring Shop

“Thank you very much for your performance through your application as corporate citizens of Muntinlupa,” Biazon told the taxpayers.

Business owners can also renew their business permits through Muntinlupa’s Business E-payment System (BESt) at www.muntinlupacity.gov.ph.
