Three weeks before it celebrates its 35th anniversary, PSC focuses as well on the improvement of facilities, in partnership with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), for the athletes and its employees, including the upgrade of multiple dormitories at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex at Malate, Manila.
