PH1 World Developers Inc. (PH1WD), the residential real estate unit of Megawide Construction Corporation, is planning to launch at least P14.3 billion worth of projects this year.
In an interview during the launch of new projects for 2025, PH1WD Chairman Edgar Saavedra said they are launching three new projects this year— two vertical projects and one horizontal project.
In Pasig, the company is launching the three-tower Lykke Kondo, 28-storey Scandinavian-designed high rise residential project located near Marcos Highway and Ayala Malls Feliz.
Being positioned as a residential enclave that is in close proximity to the Ortigas Business District, Lykke Kondo will have three towers with a total of 504 units.
Each floor will have 18 units, offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Lykke Kondo will also have 630 parking slots. PH1WD expects to generate P11 billion in sales from Lykke Kondo.
In Cavite, PH1WD expects to generate P1.5 billion from the first phase of its condominium project, the 10-hectare One Lancaster Park in Imus City.
One Lancaster Park (OLP) is the first and only condominium project in Lancaster New City, which PH1WD is developing in partnership with Famtech Properties Inc. for the first phase.
PH1WD will construct and manage OLP’s inaugural Tower 1 and Tower 2, with with each offering 191 units of one- and two-bedroom units. When finished, the entire OLP property will boast of 15 eight-storey buildings with basement parking.
Another Cavite project by PH1WD is the 5-hectare Southscapes Trece Martires, which will be offering house and lot units with a floor area ranging from 62 square meters (sq.m.) to 90 sq.m., in a lot that ranges between 50 sq.m. and 132 sq.m. Saavedra said Southscapes will generate P1.8 billion in sales.
The firm may also launch a fourth project later this year that will cater to the economic housing segment with units priced at no more than P2.5 million each. However, plans are still being firmed up.
