Pasay LGU, DHSUD hold series of community engagements with beneficiaries of 4PH

The Pasay City government and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) conducted community engagement with around 185 potential beneficiaries of Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH).

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the DHSUD led the community engagement to 185 potential beneficiaries in Barangay 156.

Rubiano said beneficiaries participated in the event, where they learned about the 4PH project in the city. Discussions covered the staging area, eligibility requirements, housing loan options, and interest subsidies for eligible beneficiaries, led by the Pag-IBIG Fund, Social Housing Finance Corporation, 4PH Project Management Office, and Pasay 4PH Technical Team.

She said Lingkod Pag-IBIG on Wheels was present at the site to accept onsite membership applications and address related inquiries from interested non-members.

The mayor said the city government will hold similar activities and a series of interagency meetings to ensure potential beneficiaries are well-prepared for the Pasay 4PH project implementation.
