The Las Piñas City government said its City Veterinary Services Office (CVSO) will conduct free neutering/spaying and ligate to all pets in the city on Feb. 6.

Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the pre-registration for the free services will start on Jan. 27 at the TS Cruz covered court in Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City at 1:00 p.m.

Walk-ins and onsite registration are not allowed during the event.

She reminded pet owners to bring their pet’s updated vaccination record and ensure that their pets are healthy and sickness-free on hump day.

Meanwhile, rachycephalic breeds such as Shih Tzus, Pugs and others are not accepted in the free neutering and ligate.

Residents are also reminded to bring a valid government ID showing their Las Piñas residency.
