Hino Motors Philippines (HMP) proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary on January 21, 2025, marking five decades of innovation, quality, and commitment — hallmark values of Hino Motors’ Total Support to the Philippine commercial vehicle industry.
The anniversary celebrations officially kicked off on January 21, 2025, beginning with a morning tour of HMP's headquarters and assembly plant in Laguna. This exclusive tour provided esteemed guests from the media, as well as close industry partners, with an inside look at the world-class manufacturing facilities and operations where Hino’s products, such as trucks, buses, and Hino quality rear bodies, are developed and delivered.
The morning program's highlight was the roll out of Hino Motors Philippines’ 80,000th production unit and the exciting preview of the new FG Bus Concept. This significant milestone underscores HMP’s exceptional technical and manufacturing capabilities, showcasing their ability to deliver comprehensive one-stop-shop solutions to their customers. The unveiling of the FG Bus Concept continues HMP’s proud bus-building legacy, reaffirming their commitment to providing comfortable and reliable mass transport solutions for Filipinos.
This activity was followed by a grand evening celebration at the OKADA Manila, where HMP executives, employees, dealer partners, friends from the media, and distinguished guests gathered to honor HMP’s 50-year history.

The events were graced by the highest officer of the global Hino network, Mr. Satoshi Ogiso - President & CEO of Hino Motors Ltd. (Japan).
