The Muntinlupa City government announced the schedule for the renewal of business permits and tricycle franchises for this year.
The renewal of business permits will be held from Jan. 6 to 20 (Monday to Friday) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Muntinlupa Sports Center in Barangay Tunasan.
Business owners can also renew their business permits online through Muntinlupa’s Business E-payment System (BESt) at https://muntinlupacity.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, the renewal of tricycle franchise will be conducted by the Muntinlupa Traffic Management Bureau’s Tricycle Regulatory Unit (TRU) from Jan. 6 to 20.
The renewal will be done at the MTMB office on the 3rd floor of the South Park Center in Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa.
