The new management of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is eyeing the construction of roof in front of the Terminal 2 and 3 to serve as shelter for passengers and non-passengers who are picking up and sending off their relatives.
Ramon S. Ang, chairman and chief executive officer of the New NAIA Infra Corporation (NNIC), said this would address crowding inside the terminals.
He said they are also eyeing to put up a transit lounge for departing and arriving passengers.
