Public school heads reassigned, transferred in Muntinlupa

New principals and officers-in-charge (OICs) in public schools have been reassigned and appointed to their new assignments in Muntinlupa. 

“In the exigency of service and to fill vacancies due to the promotion and retirement of previous school heads, this Office hereby announces the movement/transfer/reassignment of the concerned school principals and the designation of the indicated National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH) passers as Officers-in-Charge of the specified schools effective January 9, 2025,” Violeta Gonzales, OIC of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent of Muntinlupa wrote in a memorandum issued on Jan. 7.

Gonzales led the official ceremony for the reassignment and transfer together with Florante Marmeto, chief supervisor, Curriculum Implementation Division of the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Muntinlupa; Ma. Regaele Olarte, OIC-chief supervisor, School Governance and Operations Division; Noemi Valdez, Administrative Officer V;  and public schools district supervisors. 

In addition, Dr. Lilia Ricero assumed the position of the new OIC of the Office of the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of SDO Muntinlupa effective Jan. 10. 

Cicero served as principal, senior education program specialist, education program supervisor, and OIC-Division Chief at the Department of Education-National Capital Region. 

The Muntinlupa City government congratulated the school heads on their new assignments. 

The new principals and OICs of public schools in Muntinlupa are: 

 • Dr. Rosendo Sangalang – Principal IV for Muntinlupa National High School

• Dr. Ador Querubin – Principal IV for Muntinlupa Science High School

• Vilma Viloria – Principal II for Tunasan National High School

• Jason Albaro – Head Teacher V / OIC - Principal for Cupang Senior High School 

• Dr. Louie Valdez – Master Teacher I / OIC - Principal for Lakeview Integrated School

• Reynante Espeleta – Head Teacher III / OIC - Principal for Muntinlupa Business High School 

• Jocelyn Morales – Master Teacher I / OIC - Principal for Cupang Elementary School Annex 

• Haydee Gucor – Master Teacher I / OIC - Principal for Sucat Elementary School Zones 3 and 4 Annex

• Maricel Lumio – Master Teacher I / OIC - Assistant Principal for Tunasan National High School
