Rodolfo tapped to head PRO-9

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Police Brig. Gen. Roel Rodolfo has replaced Police Brig. Gen. Bowenn Joey Masauding as Police Regional Office-9  chief.

Rodolfo, whose appointment by the Philippine National Police headquarters was effective Jan. 10, assumed the position on Monday, Jan. 13.

He presided over a command conference with regional police chiefs in Camp Romeo Abendan in Barangay Mercedes here.

Rodolfo, former officer-in-charge of the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group, was replaced by Police Col. Elmer Ragay.

Rodolfo is a graduate of the Philippine National Police Academy Class of 1995.

Masauding was appointed as deputy director of the Directorate for Comptrollership in Camp Crame.
