The turnout at the Iloilo Freedom Grandstand was fewer than the projected 30,000 individuals from other parts of Panay Island and the provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo, and Guimaras.

No violent incidents were recorded but there were several emergencies.

First aid was administered by Sub-Site Task Group Emergency Preparedness (SSTG-EPR) to more than 30 people.

Several persons were injured, including a woman, whose head was hit by stage lights that fell over.

People also fainted due to extreme heat and high-blood pressure. Two were taken to the hospital.

The rally disrupted the first day of the week as classes on all levels were suspended. It also caused traffic in the downtown area here.
