Totoo na: Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino's rom-com flick 'My Love Will Make You Disappear' set for March release

Star Cinema has announced that the romantic comedy "My Love Will Make You Disappear," starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino, will be shown in cinemas worldwide starting March 26.

The official announcement was made to clarify recent speculations that the KimPau movie has been postponed.

This was fueled by Paulo's cryptic post last Jan. 9 when he wrote: "Ma-experience nga na hindi tumapos ng pelikula" (What is it like to leave a movie shoot unfinished?), which was accompanied by a laughing emoji.

"My Love Will Make You Disappear" will mark the first tandem of Paulo and Kim on the big screen following the success of their television projects "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim?" and "Linlang."

Initially set for the Feb. 12 show, the playdate for the movie has been moved to April based on an art card circulated on social media. Now it will be shown in March.

KimPau fans gave mixed reactions to the delayed movie project. Some comments:

"Hindi man matuloy. KimPau parin kami kahit na Anong mangyari. Masyado na Kasi kayong sikat saming paningin Kya my mga gmgwa Ng paraan pra pbagsakin kayo pero waley Hindi sila mgwawagi. Natatakot lng Yung iba n matalo niyo sila hehe. We love you KimPau."
