Rape suspect nabbed in Quezon

INFANTA, Quezon – A man wanted for rape in Northern Samar was arrested by the police in Purok Maligaya, Barangay Dinahican, this town, on Jan. 11.

Police identified the suspect as Zarex.

Zarex was apprehended on a warrant for two counts of statutory rape issued by Judge Decoroso Macabuhay, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 21, 8th Judicial Region, Laoang, Northern Samar dated July 30, 2024 with no bail recommended.

The suspect was listed as the fifth most wanted person on the regional level by the Police Regional Office-8 (Eastern Visayas).
